The focus of my practice is representing clients for audits (examinations), collection actions and administrative appeals before the Internal Revenue Service, before the California income (FTB), employment tax (EDD) and sales tax (BOE) agencies, and before the tax agencies of other states.  As an enrolled agent licensed by the United States Treasury Department, I am authorized to represent clients in all 50 states as well as internationally. 

My background includes over 30 years with the Internal Revenue Service with in-depth experience as a Revenue Agent, Field Examination Group Manager, and Associate Chief in Appeals.  This extensive IRS inside-the-agency technical and managerial experience enables me to provide a level of proficiency that most representatives do not possess. 

In addition to representation, I offer clients preparation services for IRS and California income, corporate, employment tax, partnership, exempt entities and other types of tax returns.  As further service to my clients, I can assist with the formation of a corporation.
